I work in the tech industry for over 25 years, moving between development, project management, and product management across B2B, B2C, SaaS, and on premises solutions. Over time, I have found my strength in connecting the technical and business sides of a product, helping turn complex systems into real value for users and organizations.
Working with a wide range of stakeholders, from users to executives and finance , clients, operations, and engineering teams, has shaped how I approach problems. I focus on aligning perspectives, simplifying complexity, and pushing products forward to drive business outcomes and helps achieve company goals.
Continuous learning has always been a core part of how I grow. I make a point to explore new technologies, methodologies, and ways of working, constantly evolving my skill set to stay relevant and deliver better outcomes.
A few years ago, while managing my daughter's basketball team, I realized that despite it being 2018, we were still using paper and pen to log game stats and scores. In parallel, the electronic scoreboard was operated separately by a single person, making the process fragmented, inefficient, and hard to manage in real time.
After searching app stores, I found plenty of apps for scorekeeping and others for tracking stats, but none that did both. This gap led me to build my own solution, combining these capabilities into a single, simple experience for coaches, players, and managers.
What started as a way to enter and learn the mobile world has since become an ongoing platform for growth. Through this work, I have expanded my skills across the full app lifecycle, from mobile development and DevOps to app store management, marketing, and ad integration.
At the same time, this journey has become a practical way for me to sharpen my product management skills. I apply product discovery, conduct market research and competitive analysis, and continuously iterate based on real user feedback. It allows me to test ideas end to end, from identifying real problems to delivering and refining solutions.
Today, I use this same approach to explore and build in the AI space, applying new technologies, experimenting quickly, and continuously learning by doing. This mindset helps me connect product thinking with emerging capabilities and turn ideas into practical, real world solutions.
